Not affiliated with any government agency

MarriedKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Department of State, any state Department of Motor Vehicles, or any other government agency. Government forms are available directly from those agencies, often at no cost. You are paying for the convenience of pre-filled forms, personalized instructions, and a guided checklist.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting each application yourself.
• You are responsible for any fees charged directly by government agencies or institutions.

No guarantee of acceptance

While we work to provide accurate, up-to-date forms and instructions, we cannot guarantee that any agency or institution will accept a given application, or the timeline on which they will process it. Acceptance is determined solely by the receiving agency or institution.

MarriedKit is sold for a one-time price of $49 (USD). The kit is a digital product delivered electronically. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Acceptable use
